Jubilee Granite Countertops Brochure I've created more than 150 brochures. Plus everything else you can think of that is printed. This brochure was created for a granite countertop company. The owner told me several months later that every person he had given a brochure to, had phoned him later. He was astonished. Value is often expressed by statements such as "3 years in the making," or "10 years in the making," etc. People equate that with value. The strategy here was to play up the value of natural stone by making people think about natural stone in a new way. The brochure plays up its eternal timelessness and also it's connection to mother earth.
Cash Back Medical Brochure This brochure was created for a company that enables business owners to take advantage of a little known IRS rule to deduct 100% of their medical expenses. Of course there was a problem with this company's product: believability. It sounds too good to be true. The obvious response to such an offer is, "If what you are saying is true, then why haven't I heard about it before?" or "Why don't people learn this in school?" The strategy is to attack right at the point of the problem (it's a maxim). The brochure picks up right at that point and makes the point that it is something you should have been taught in school. Everyone knows school does fail miserably on some issues. We're saying here's another one. All the first panel has to do is get them willing to look inside.
